In first grade, we have been learning about life cycles and the importance of recycling. Recycling helps us take old materials and turn them into something new!
Last week, we had a fun project where each team created recycled robots using materials that can be recycled. This activity helped us understand how we can use things we might throw away to make something exciting!
Each team worked together to build a robot that could stand on its own. This required a lot of teamwork and problem-solving skills. The students had to share ideas, figure out how to balance their robots, and make sure they were strong enough to stand.
We are happy to report that all teams were successful in creating their robots! Everyone showed great creativity and collaboration.
