Corydon Elementary Community Events
CES is ready to welcome the community back into the school for some fun family events. It is difficult to accommodate due to our size, but we have found a way to include our families and make some memories for our students and their special people.
FRIDAYS ONLY - BY RESERVATION ONLY - Families can schedule to have lunch with his/her child. We will now schedule for the month of September. We have 3 tables available for reservations. You can make a reservation by calling 812-738-4183 and speaking to Susan. She will add you to the calendar to hold your spot. She will need you to provide your child’s name and grade. You must provide your name to verify you have a background check on file.
You cannot combine school-age siblings into one lunch time. Each student must go to lunch at their scheduled lunch time. Non-school age children can come, but must be supervised at all times. Outside food may be brought in by the family, if you choose. However, NO SOFT DRINKS are allowed. There will be a trash can and cleaner for you to wipe down your table when you are finished. This will help us to be ready for the next lunch group of families coming in.
Upon your arrival, you will sign in with Susan. Then, you can choose a table in the lobby. Your student will be sent down to you. Lunch time is 30 minutes. We will put a schedule on or near each table.
